Can I change the email address to my order?

Yes! In order for us to make the changes for you, please email our Customer Service with your order number, the original email address, and the new email address. We can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the changed address once you've corrected your email address.

Can I modify my order after placement?

No, unfortunately, you cannot modify your order after placement.

What to do if I receive an order that is not mine?

You can send an email to our Customer Care team with your order number, images of the stamped initial or number on the outside of your envelope or box, the order packing slip with the stamped initial clearly visible, and a photo of the goods you actually received. Please be aware that you have 14 days after delivery to report any difficulties with your order.

What to do if I receive a broken item?

Within 14 days after delivery, please get in touch with our customer care staff so we can continue to assist you.

For how long does the discount codes work?

Every discount code will have an expiration date when it is issued, allowing you to schedule your shopping day accordingly.

How to use PayPal for payment?

Please choose the PayPal option when asked to enter your payment information during checkout, as indicated below: At this point, you will be taken to PayPal to finish placing your order.

Do you offer samples of your products?

Unfortunately, HKE traders do not offer sample of the products.

Do you offer discount for bulk orders?

We can think on it later. Currently, we are not offering any discount for bulk orders.
